I love that scene! The music blaring heroically as Sulu and his fuckboi embrace, all while Kirk looks on approvingly. If only modern America could someday be as brave and accepting as the future.

This is part of that the SJW mentality. The idea that an actor could play a different person seems to have escaped them.

It's exactly the same shit as when they started reeing over Scarlet Johansson playing a tranny. Although, in that situation, I don't know who to root for.

They already hated her for endorsing Soda Stream because it's an Israeli company.
