Training machines look easy to use but the are also easy misuse. I would ask a gym staff to check if you have a proper form at least. You can get legitimately injured with wrong forms, ab/back training is especially dangerous since you can damage your spine.
I personally think crunch(-ish) exercises are totally unnecessary if you just wanna look good and not trying to be super buff or the next ultimate fighter, because plank variants are as effective and less dangerous but that's another story.

Also, you don't need to post your nude for thirst posters' satisfaction, but still you have to dox your height/weight/body fat/daily caloric intake/macro ratio, and what kind body composition or athletic capacity you are aming for, and your training routine for major big muscles. That's the only way you can be truly saved.

Seriously this, it's why training near mirrors is important too when lifting since you might think you have proper form but when you see yourself doing something you'll realise if your form is whack.

I do the ab rollout myself which is guess is a plank variation since you aren't crunching. Nothing else came close working my abs, everything else would eventually lead to me doing a billion reps

If you do that though, keep your back straight, don't sag.
