TL;DW 1/2~1 tsp of salt 30 minutes before workout greatly enhances the athletic performance (both resistance/cardio).
It's just an anecdote but I can totally confirm the effect and the only supplement I take is salt these days. Caffeine is another cheap & super effective too but personally I don't wanna take too much caffeine and build tolerance, so it's just salt. Eat salt guys (unless you can't for medical reasons).

I've been SO fucking lazy these past... well, the last post I made in June xD I was sooooo lazy in the 4 weeks I was in that special rehab thing, because of was always 34*C/93*F and I was just lazy ad
I go the physiotherapy, but weightlifting pretty much each day has just... stopped. If you look past my back that is weak af, I'm still not that bad off, upper-body strengthwise, tho.
