Going to planet fatness was your first problem. Although I admit $10 a month is hard to beat if you only want to do cardio.

Nowhere at the moment, although theres a gym really close to my place that I'm probably going to go to, its private and 24/7.

Oh boy, you don't seem to know anything about Planet Fatness. If they were against "cis people" they'd be left without customers. Short of fearing lawsuits, they would be more inclined to throw transfaggots out. They want the fat burger moms.

So it something I've been doing lately, but I have to ask, is it a good idea to drink protein before bed? I'm taking advantage of the fact that I have a home gym with a treadmill and some weights along with a punching bag.
Eating wise I've been having tons of meat like beef jerky, steak, burgers and other foods like eggs, peanut butter, some plant protein, sardines, salmon, etc. Last time I checked I weighed between 172 and 179.

Sounds solid enough. It doesn't really matter when you intake your proteins time-wise. All that matters is that you get enough (preferably from actual food) and that you don't intake way more than your body needs.
In terms of usability for the human body it goes from eggwhites to whey to chicken to beef. Fairly inconsequential in practise but if you were buying steaks for protein alone you'd actually be better off with chicken.

As for workouts, I'll just assume you're following Starting Strength. If you're not, what the fuck are you doing? Don't go for the bro splits. That shit is for roid users.
