Been walking and running everywhere and doing squats to get my cardio and legs back up after being down with a bum ankle. Feels good man.

I used to be able to fall and land from pretty high, but I did some sort of a compression sprain like 2 months ago that refused to get better.

I've been a lazy piece of shit for about 2 weeks now, but going to try and get back into it this week.

I've been going to the gym regularly since three-four months ago but I haven't done any cardio, before that I ran at least two times a week, I'll wait for the nigger temperatures to drop to get back on that because I try to run between 8-10k and with high temperatures it's too annoying.

Cardio sucks and honestly doesn't really even bring much return overall. I was going hard for 7 months but now I'm just focusing more on diet rather than running.

Yes, I've been changing my diet slowly, I still eat crap but not so often as before, I need to apply more willpower in that aspect.

I started off slow as well, would still eat like crap but just look for healthier versions of crap, but you'll eventually start to go further down the health hole once you see results and keep finding ways to cut it out in order to keep going.

Yes, more or less that have been my plan, sometimes I just get lazy to prepare something healthy.

Went to a Planet Fitness only to find my shit missing out of my locker. Turns out the spud at the front desk cut my lock and removed my stuff for some reason.
