Pumping iron

I'll finally get to move my weights to my new place and I'm fucking pumped. Unlike in the old place, I actually have space to put a cage in. I'm seriously considering it.
What do you guys think? Technically, you can do pretty much everything with dumbells. But I've gotten real tired of squats with them and deadlifts are pretty much out of the question.

Get a cage, you won't be limited that way so you don't have to worry about fucking up your floor. Cages have bars you can adjust so you can bench without worrying about dropping it on your chest. This helps with squats since I was extremely fucking limited with dumbbells, it got to the point where my arms couldn't hold the weight, I am squatting well over double the weight since I changed.

With deadlifts you don't have to go to the very bottom of the ground, you can set the bars at the lowest setting. It's worth it and you'll improve immensely.

Post your routine and diet Kugel. I would seriously follow it just to try the superior Kraut way

It's probably beer and chasing away mudslimes from his store.

They are clearly becoming too much to handle unless he gets stronger

The mudshits don't come shopping. They mostly go to Aldi.
I don't have a particular routine, really. I keep it simple with the basic lifts and just sometimes do some stuff like dumbell rows or whatever. I lift three days of the week, with a break day in between except for Sunday, which is heavy training day with two days break. Tuesday is range day and that sucks if you're sore or have a pump. You need to be relaxed for shooting.

I don't do bro splits. There's no skipping leg day because every lifting day is leg day. Dedicated kardio can go eat a dick. I rather go skating instead. I've been out of training for a few weeks now because of the move and a shoulder injury so I'm looking forward to doing something again.

For supplements I only take pure whey protein powder; no flavours, no sugar, no soy. Creatine and Beta Alanine.
I try to get enough protein from normal food, though.

A lot of people use Weight Gain 4000-style powders and shit when they could get what they need from normal foods. A lot of foods have healthy fats and high protein content.

Listen to Rich Banana. REAL food! Protein can only be a supplement to get those last few grams of protein and weight gainers in general are dumb. What do you need weight gainers for? Just eat lots of carbs and you'll gain weight no problemo.
For whimpy "I can't gain weight" kids, there's GOMAD. Gallon of milk a day.

I used to lift but I then developed a violent intolerance to weight powder. As soon as it hit my stomach I'd get the worst aches, diarrhea and vomiting.
