They usually are. American packaged foods are full of lies and lies by omission. If it says "reduced sugar" then that means they added more salt, chemicals and fat. If it says "reduced fat" (usually bad sign btw) then that means more sugar.
People don't understand that reducing fat in a food doesn't reduce your ability to BECOME fatter from the food.
Flavor has to come from somewhere and with food that's been frozen, the natural flavor is mostly gone. So that flavor has to come from added salt, sugar, fat or chemicals.

Just got back from Stockholm and I can recommend this restaurant, Nytorget 6

Not mindblowing or anything, but still the best pork ribs I've had there and that sauce was a work of art. Not that expensive either, just 20 eur, beer 7 eur. Gotta have em' while one still can eat pork or drink alcohol in Sweden..

Sometimes I forget that the Swedes have been ultra cucks since well before the rapefugee thing. Didn't they also use to ration alcohol in general at some points where you'd have to have some kinda allowance ticket or something?

They do bigger ribs at my butcher's. Problem is they're seasonal which means he only sells them during the summer. But what a glorious three months it is.
