I wouldn't eat sushi plain. The way I eat it is with soy sauce and as much wasabi as they are willing to give me. Wasabi is amazing. Horseradish is amazing too tbh, just so you know I'm not being a weeb about it.
My only regret is that I'm too lazy to look for actualy authentic wasabi. I could eat that shit all day.
(The closest I've found that one time was some weird green jizz that basically tasted like nothing, with a hint of mustard.)
Yeah we all think so too. It was a bad decision for her in general, but my cuz is full of those.
She was lucky in that she got placed in a part of Japan with a lot of english-speakers, so she's basically doing the whole Little America bullshit.

Good traditional sushi tastes reeeally good. Though I think it's pretty much impossible to eat them at low-ish/decent price range outside Japan.
As for instant ramen, instant ramen in general is shit..... but if I have to choose one, it might be green chuka-zanmai. Its taste/texture is relatively close to real ones.
She goes to the local mcshit all the time and gets starcuck's lattes, Denny's and trash like that.
In my experience, it's actually hard to find shitty local restaurants in Japan (and also Taiwan, I guess that's the case with urban areas of developed Asian countries). I know east asian McHeartattacks burgers (or any other factory made foods) tend to be less greasy/blood clotting but still, they're literally garbage compared to typical local meals. If she really REALLY wanna stick to burger because of autism or something, she should at least eat local burgers like Moss desu or Fresh desu. They are a bit pricier but cleaner and taste better.
