French speak French. Maybe German as well, as people living near the glorious center of Europe are want to do.

Blokes from Eastern Europe might come closest to your 4-5 language meme, depending on how often they hang out in their neighboring countries. Add English or German to that as well, depending on where they work.

Germans technically learn English in school, but a lot of Krauts are lazy fucks, which isn't helped by everything and their mother getting a German dub (minus the occasional Turkish comedy).
