Pretty sure my ISP is throttling my bandwidth, I'm promised 100 MBs but only ever see around 70 MBs, I've tried doing everything from restarting, changing channels, checking wired and wireless, probably going to have to call and get into arguments when they argue it's my router.

BTW this is partly how I know spoony/hamberlynn/other people are full of shit when they talk about health care stuff, because they never have to go in for tests or anything. Amazing how they can just keep getting scrips for whatever they want (most likely medication they intend to abuse) without ever doing what their doctor wants them to. I go in for a routine checkup and they run blood panels on me.

That's a common issue here in Krautland. Providers like promising bandwidth that isn't actually delivered.
