I'm sick of feeling tired every fucking time I wake up (yes, the more sleep the more tired, it seems), so I've tried minimalizing my sleep, First attempt I stayed up about 55 hours with just a handful of hours of sleep.

Result? Wasn't that bad. I in fact felt better most of it. So now I'm gonna not sleep for long for some time and see how it goes.

What's your record in no-sleep?

I used to have bouts of insomnia and I'd go a solid 24-48 with no sleep. Go out, do shit, cross the road, etc. Only thing it does is it kills your memory whenever you do finally go to sleep. No matter what I did while I was awake, whenever I did go to sleep, it was all gone the next day. It was like the time before I slept didn't exist. Other than that, I was pretty much functional. Some people get real pissy when they're tired but my personality doesn't really change.

I know there were times I hit 72ish with no sleep but I don't recommend it.
