IIRC, UK somehow ended up increasing knife related crimes as a result of knife ban (you can't even own a fucking NUNCHAKU). Stupid ban hammer almost always backfires. NZ ends up becoming a dystopian futuristic cyberpunk Mudslim country where it's always raining and sun never goes up actually makes sense. Sort of.

Fun fact: Nunchakus are and have been banned in Germany for almost 30yrs now.

Tobe fair, I admit nuchakus can be quite devastating sometimes.

Hilariously enough, they aren't banned because you can beat somebody with them. They're banned because you can strangulate somebody with them and they aren't usable as a tool instead of a weapon in any way.
