Went to a bookstore. Had like a small table full of Lovecraft, but I already have a lovely tome with all of his works so I'm good.
There was also a graphic novel for At the Mountains of Madness, but I already have a manga version with lovely artwork that isn't split into multiple parts.

Also saw that the GTO manga has gotten an omnibus release.

Yep, even the name Lovecraft is marketable enough to leech off of. Remember though, only black people can learn magic.

I wonder why more people don’t go after Robert E. Howard? They were friends and he wrote some racially insensitive ie at the time the cultural norm shit too.

People don't wanna touch Sword & Sorcery because that entire genre is inherently racist, sexist and probably colonial (because of tomb robbing and conquering empires).
And then his second favorite character is Solomon Kane, a Christian on some kind of one man crusade against evil. I probably don't even have to tell you why even fewer people would touch that.

Makes sense, even if Conan isn't the usual whitey. Solomon Kane is a fun character, I need to read more of his stories.
