It's because his campaign spent about as much as the GDP of a developing nation. Did you think there was any other reason? Bloomberg has a shitzillion dollars and that's all he needs.

I doubt he'll win the primaries, let alone the election. He's a FUCKING WHITE MALE and he's filthy rich as well. He's the very exact thing that the occupy wal-mart shitlibs say they hate and want to change.

The Democratic Party might give it to him because they desperately need money. Obama didn't keep their coffers filled and, last I heard, they were actually something like $5 million in debt. They will more than likely screw over the poor Jew and give it to the rich Jew instead.

If they elect Bloomberg, they'll be giving their party the kiss of death. Shitlibs hate white males, old white males, old white male WASPs, rich old white male WASPs, etc. There's nothing about Bloomberg that their core voters will like. The best they could hope for would be to steal some of the republican party's voters, but that won't happen with Trump on the docket. It could have happened if Bloomberg was running against a weak RINO candidate like McCain, but Trump is going strong.

So their only hope right now is to pander hard to their base and try to grab independents and swing voters. Bernie can do that with his "fuck the rich" rhetoric. He's a cuck, but at least he's the right kind of cuck. Bloomberg is everything the Dems have been railing against in their propaganda for the last 16 years or more. Pocahontas Warren in particular had a good number of anti-rich rants over the years which may as well have been rants against Bloomberg.

In short, republicans won't vote for Bloomberg because Trump already exists. If Dems vote for Bloomberg, they'll be laying bare the hypocrisy of their own party and showing the world that it's not about the candidate, but what label they say they're running under. They'll be giving the name of the game away and that name is Power. The proles aren't supposed to know that ideology is irrelevant and the DNC only cares about the power grab. They need to at least pay lip service to Democrat party talking points and Bloomberg can't do that.

If you thought Hillary Clinton turned off the Democratic base, consider just how much worse Bloomberg would be. It’s one thing to tell leftists they have to hold their nose and vote for a centrist liberal like Clinton. Most of them will, but some of them will vote third-party or won’t show up. But what about telling them to hold their nose and vote for a Republican billionaire who bought the nomination and has a long record of racist and sexist remarks? Many millions of people will find a Bloomberg nomination a huge slap in the face. They will be outraged to have their values treated as insignificant. They will resent being told to shut up and rally behind some rich asshole who thinks he can buy their support. They will not only refuse to vote for Michael Bloomberg, they will do so proudly, because by doing so they will show that they can’t be bought or cajoled. It will feel good to defy the party’s demand that they swallow their vomit and vote for whoever has the most money.

Not voting for Bloomberg will be a form of virtue-signalling among the party who most love virtue-signalling.
