You do have to be able to divide the two, it would likely allow for better opportunities to prosecute traffickers.

The more I read, that's clearly easier said than done.

And that's why people conflate the two. I think it's really as simple as. We conflate a lot of things legally because there's no way to draw that kind of particular line.

I guess the problem is prostitution being illegal in the USA in the first place. You'd need at least one state or one area that allows it. Something like Las Vegas would be perfect since that's whore capital already.

I kind of agree, because at least in america, prostitution/paid thot culture is also rife with other illegal activities, such as drug use, theft and assault.

Proper THOTs don't charge for sex. They expect you to spend money on them without getting any sex. It's really what separates a THOT from a whore, actually.
