Who would get to decide who gets a vote anyway? That's just an open invitation to corruption.
This is where I'll interject because I've thought about this for years after deducing voting needs prerequisites/qualifications.

I thought at one time the answer to be AI. However, even that is subject to corruption and bias through the elite tampering with it, or being the ones to create it.

There really is no system better that what America started as; a system of checks and balances designed to regulate itself through voting.

But then you get back to where we are now with corrupt leaders giving women rights and letting illegal aliens vote for them in exchange for perks. The education system in America is in shambles. The age of teaching people to question everything is long over.

This a cyclical problem. How to break it? That would require enough people to think for themselves, granted that's a contradiction when people have different goals, but it was never about choosing one person's vision.

The single vision all free thinking people SHOULD have is to protect each other's rights to be what they want as long as it doesn't violate the basic principles of Life. Freedom. And pursuit of fulfillment. Of others.

This being said, I think im a Libertarian. The party itself does fuckall, but that's another story.

Like, more corrupted than the current EU is?

Real talk, it's a real unfortunate situation here on a political field for someone whose anti-rapefugee but pro-free market. There's just one pro-capitalist party but they are far from being right-wing otherwise, on asylum politics they are the same multiculti-globalist bullshit as the left is. Then there's one anti-rapefugee party but they are lefty on economics. They aren't really right-wing either, more like centrists like German AfD. Their party is really also full of incompetent idiots as they seem to let anyone join them. What we would need is a national liberalist right-wing party like Austrian FPÖ.

Should also be noted that being right-wing free market supporter here in this half-socialist EU puppet state is quite different than being one, for example, in the capitalist US.

I guess I'm moderate-conservative. The left seems to have long turned into a parody of itself, and there's too much autism on either end of the spectrum.

From a market perspective, I gravitate towards being carefully liberal (carefully because I don't trust big corporations).
Autism attracts more autism. Sooner or later, an internet nobody will attract the exact kind of fans - and detractors - he deserves.

Yes, easily. Once you're enabled to take voting rights away, because that's what it will turn into, you don't even have to pretend to be democratic anymore. No more referendums, no more discussions about trade agreements. They will just be made and that's it. Why vote when everyone who'd have potential voting privileges will agree anyway? Vote to have voting completely abolished.
What is the European general population supposed to do? Armed resistance? Fat chance.

Every country should do as Belgium regarding electing politicians; random lottery.

That worked really well for the kingdom that was once for sale and is now the centre of the whole EU bullshit.

Belgium is a dysfunctional joke and near failed state where even the police force of their capital is so splintered that hiding for a terrorist is as easy as moving down a few streets.

That's pretty much the current EU in a nutshell. What Europeans should do? As in the current situation? I can't speak for other countries but I know what my country should do. We should apply for NATO's membership ASAP, then hit new strict conditions at the table in Brussels. During the 2015 filthflood we got the fourth most rapefugees in proportion to population out of all EU countries and there's a constant pressure from the EU that we must take more and more via internal transfers ad infinitum. That must be stopped, it was Merkel who wanted this filth and she can deal with it. In addition Finland being one of the net contributors of the EU we must stop this non stop acquiescence, it didn't take long from this:

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/politics/20 ... get-black/

to this:

https://af.reuters.com/article/worldNews/idAFKCN1G01E5

So, better conditions must be negotiated or we should leave (Fixit). Our current top trade partners are Germany, Sweden, Russia, China, Netherlands, USA and UK. Out of these countries leaving EU would only really affect trading with Germany and Netherlands, I don't doubt though that we couldn't negotiate new reasonable trade agreements with them. We cannot start threatening with leaving though while we aren't yet in NATO. This is known among the unelected bureaucrats in Brussels and Finland will stay EU's bitch as long as there's no change in that.

In the end, it all comes down to the EU needing to disappear.

I remember when the Brexit vote came through and my mother, who voted Remain, said something stupid like 'Well maybe France and some other countries can leave and we can just join up with them and form a new EU'
No, the EU doesn't need to just disappear. We need to put Merkel, Juncker, pretty much everyone involved with that fucker's heads on pikes, and then salt the earth so that nobody ever even so much as thinks about trying anything remotely like it ever again.
