Weed legalization in Krautland (soon to be rebranded Weedland) has taken a major hurdle. Now it's up to the states to try and stop it, should they have the balls to do so.

This project is going along despite protests from doctors, who dislike the idea in general and this implementation in particular.
They're also ignoring protests from judges, who are already seeing this as yet another overly bureaucratic monstrosity that will only increase their workload - even though one of the most common pro-weed arguments is "If we legalize weed the police and courts will have more time dealing with actual crimes".

Time to bust out this oldie I guess.

The problem is legalization. The easy solution is decriminalization, but then the government won't let you sell your own produce in many places, so...

I disagree. The solution is much heavier criminalisation and the return of labour camps.
