Texas is slowly going blue. Once it goes blue, it will stay that way. Same for all the other states that are red now but have major urban hubs growing in size, fed by expats.

The overall trend is bluer and bluer for a few reasons. Illegal immigration brings in a ton of people with no prior allegiance to anything but self-benefit and no particular respect for taxation laws (among others.) Nor any tie to the culture. Education sector growth feeds the power of the left's propaganda wing. It's where all those young commies have come from that spout the "communism has never been tried" "USSR wasn't that bad" "CCP are secretly good" destabilization mantras. Only a young person could believe those massive lies and repeat them with a straight face. Then you have the fleeing expats I mentioned who priced themselves out of their home states (or their parents did) and they have no choice but to immigrate to the cheapest large hub cities they can find. They'll gradually vote those states bluer and bluer until all the reasons they were priced out of commiefornia apply there too and they end up pricing their kids out.

For anything to change, liberals would have to realize that taxation isn't their friend. Which won't happen anytime soon. They never put it together that more taxation just fucks working class poors harder. The big bucks guys always figure out a new scam to scoot away with their ill-gotten monies and the only people stuck with the tab are honest normies too dumb to lie.

If every liberal tax increase bill was labeled "petition to increase taxes on working poor, small business owners and struggling lower-middle class families, while corporate fat cats continue to avoid paying" maybe some of these fffffucks would stop voting on them.
