Since everything bad in my country comes from Victoria I thought I may as well make a thread about them since eventually shit happening in Australia always comes from down there. After signing on with China's Belt and Road inititaive (something the rest of the country and states have not done) they decide to use China's policing style on protesters:
Even telling people to socially distance and wear masks is not enough, they will arrest you and steal your shit if you are right wing and protesting. No one did this type of shit to BLM, some of them got arrested WHILE protesting but not for bullshit "incitement" charges. Though in this fucking country you need government permission to fucking protest or it's an "illegal protest", that's sadly not just a Victorian thing but of course they upped the ante by arresting you for even thinking about it.

What has Australian given the world? A handful of washed up pop singers? Nuke it.

Australia gave us one of the finest man alive, Mel "If you get raped by a pack of niggers, it will be your fault" Gibson, a man who doesn't believe in stupid shit like muh six gorillion. Yeah, he was maybe born in Murica, but Stralia honed the diamond he is today.

How very typical for Commonwealth countries, not even a right to protest without a loicense.

We are technically still under the British Crown so naturally you need loicenses for basic shit like human rights. At least we don't have a fucking TV loicense.

They've given us a few great directors: George Miller, Peter Weir, Mel Gibson, James Wan (kinda: his family moved to Australia when he was seven), and others. However, they also gave us Baz Luhrmann, and he is so painfully bad he very nearly cancels out the good that Australia has contributed to cinema.
