As much as I want to see the vaccine backfire I feel bad for those who were strong armed into it for jobs and other means to survive. I don’t care if those dipshits in that video drop dead, just not friends and stranger who were forced into it at practical gunpoint.
As for China this is the kind of dystopian science fiction I grew up on. Normies like that chick will struggle with digital monopoly money meanwhile the higher ups will simply snap their fingers for fine dining. There’s always room at the top, even in a crisis.

"We" who, nigger? If you think our government is representative in any way of the people's wishes then you're smoking crack. It wasn't "we." It was (((them))) like it always is. (((They))) wanted more piles of money and didn't want to pay for the peasants (that's us) to have a living wage.
Hell, even if the government wanted to limit megacorporations' power (which they don't,) they can't. They lack the balls to do the kind of shit that would actually fuck over the megacorps, like banning certain corporate products from the country entirely. The US can ban products when it's some mega gay forever war bullshit, but they won't ban over sweat shop slave labor or outsourcing.
Imagine if we just told all these companies "if you want to sell to us, you have to make your products here. Fuck you." They can sell to the developing world or whoever else will buy. But no. Companies want to sell their finished products to us for the maximum profit, while they pay the minimum cost for manufacturing and labor by exploiting the corrupt and desperate developing nations. Corporations are not owed access to our marketplace.
