Mass extinction is the only thin the Chinese are good at.
Not good enough.

I feel like I just took LSD. The New York Times published an opinion piece about how mask mandates were a bad idea. Yes, they're three years late, but I still wasn't expecting this.
https://www.nytimes.com/2023/02/21/opin ... -work.html
Mask mandates were a bust. Those skeptics who were furiously mocked as cranks and occasionally censored as “misinformers” for opposing mandates were right. The mainstream experts and pundits who supported mandates were wrong. In a better world, it would behoove the latter group to acknowledge their error, along with its considerable physical, psychological, pedagogical and political costs.

Don’t count on it. In congressional testimony this month, Rochelle Walensky, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, called into question the Cochrane analysis’s reliance on a small number of Covid-specific randomized controlled trials and insisted that her agency’s guidance on masking in schools wouldn’t change. If she ever wonders why respect for the C.D.C. keeps falling, she could look to herself, and resign, and leave it to someone else to reorganize her agency.

And Trump supporters.
And conspiracy theorists.
And probably also white supremacists.

I guess now that COVID is old news it's time to downplay the whole affair.

Teehee guys... looks like we did a little whoopsie regarding mask mandates. And the vaccines' efficacy. And their side effects. And the efficacy of lockdowns. And their harmful effects to living standards and ment health, specially of children. And the overtly power grab by bureaucrats in government agencies all around the world. And about Fauci and the CDC and the WHO and similar agencies everywhere. But the lesson is that we cannot be held responsible for that because it was just a well intentioned faux pas.

But the accounts we banned for "misinformation" will remain banned. No refunds.

I highly suspect they are just making an alibi for the entire covid shit, and getting ready for some other fabricated crisis.

My 6th sense theories are false flag terror attack on some Western country (including Taiwan) or new strain of super infectious livestock flu which destroys/disrupts the food production. Some new shit is coming.

There's already a looming crisis on food production around the world called "fertilizer shortages". There's another one called "wheat shortages", soon to hit specially the Middle East and cause bread prices to skyrocket again.

Any kind of food crisis will always hit the poorer countries the most. It's not rocket science.

AFAIK avian flu season never ended this year. So shortages are continuing and prices of staples like eggs will remain high.
