Yeah I thought that when I initially heard the news. Even if he is the biggest individual shareholder, the other biggest shareholders combined have enough shares to outvote him on any issue. He'd basically have to buy Twatter outright to have any real control over the company

The fact that companies like Blackrock, Vanguard and Morgan Stanley own the biggest shares after Musk really explains a lot
