I'd laugh at the American budget stipend systems but I'm pretty sure every country in the world has this exact same fucking system in place.

The most popular segment of the most popular, very left-wing and state television produced I may add, satire TV show here is all about utterly retarded government spending.
Aside from the ridiculous amounts of millions and billions we send to other, often villainous, nations, one can watch hours upon hours of bits about bike paths to nowhere, bridges in the middle of fields or inland dams that wouldn't come into contact with water even if the sea levels rose by fifty metres.
