If the hospital is closing right now, it has been mismanaged for a long time. Whoever decided for the shutdown date to coincide with Trump's new bill made a very conscious decision.

The Bill is gonna pass. Nothing will kick in until 2028, so although the bill rips away the safety net for large chunks of America, it's too early to say the shit won't just get reversed when a Dem takes office.

Jewgle AI claims the bill can be repealed via the same process it was enacted, so if Dems take all the houses of government in 2028, we can expect exactly that to happen. I think the whole "tax breaks for billionaires" strategy is backfiring hard for Republicans already. Nobody likes Billionaires. Not even other Billionaires.
