Yes, I totally believe that a country whose sanitation is so fucking poor that their citizens get sick from the air, the water and the food, and who work as wage slaves all crammed up against one another in the cities, are completely capable of eliminating (not reducing!) the spread of a highly infectious disease. How the fuck do the wage slaves live if they don't work in their sweat shops? Does the CCP send them a check every month to stay home?
