Witness the power of Bavaria unleashed.
Autism attracts more autism. Sooner or later, an internet nobody will attract the exact kind of fans - and detractors - he deserves.

A bad Schwarzenegger or mid period Eastwood is better than most shit we see now. Its weird to think we've gotten that dumber.Liar Revealed wrote: ↑Fri Sep 25, 2020 10:07 pmI've started watching the mediocre 80s films that I had skipped over, because I hate current year stuff.
I watched "Big Top Pee-Wee". This got horrible reviews at the time.

You know what, it was perfectly fine. Nothing could ever be as good as Pee-Wee's Big Adventure. They tried to do something different with this movie and audiences weren't having it. I found the ending a little weak and abrupt, but other than that it was fine.
The third Pee-Wee film that came out a few years ago played it safe and it was basically just Big Adventure all over again.

I'm too young to have ever watched any of the Pee-Wee franchise when it came out but I watched Nig Adventure a few years ago and liked it.Liar Revealed wrote: ↑Fri Sep 25, 2020 10:07 pmYou know what, it was perfectly fine. I bet Paul Reubens is looking at all the theater closures and is shaking his head wondering why this couldn't have happened on that fateful day he decided to jack in the desginated jacking zone.

I found a 2004 mention of it on RPG.net (I know)Guest wrote: ↑Tue Sep 22, 2020 8:37 pmWings of the Crow, a 2000 female remake of The Crow that apparently aired on USA network. Anyone ever see this?
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0197104/
Can't find anything but a synopsis of it. Youtube just gives you a bunch of music videos for some faggy game or something.Rock singer Erika is murdered with her cop boyfriend on the eve of Halloween. Then exactly one year later she is resurrected by a mysterious crow to exact vengeance on her attackers.

Someone posted links to a fansite that mentioned it and another devoted to some actress in the movie, but both are long dead. If you try to look up the female crow you get a bunch of pics of Bobbie Phillips from The Crow: Stairway To Heaven. She's pretty hot.So I had a look on IMDB about it as I was looking up what other films some of the actors were in, but I clicked on references from "The Crow" and found that it was "remade" as "Wings of the Crow" with a female Crow (Erica Drake rather than Eric Draven)...
Anyone seen this? Why did they even bother, or is it just another straight to video porn rip off? There doesn't seem to be an awful lot of info about it around...

If they even were art fags, 99,99% of critics of today are paid (or wannabe-paid) shills. I stopped reading critics bullshit about a decade ago.Guest wrote: ↑Fri Sep 25, 2020 10:13 pmMost critics fucking suck. They're usually art fags who hate anything mainstream, or consoomers who hate anything that isn't quippy capeshit. I remember all the shit Ebert got from the critic world because he liked the second Tomb Raider movie, which was far better than the first one.

I watched Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid for the first time. Really easygoing film. I was surprised by how quickly it zipped by, and the casual feel throughout. It's kind of like Texas Chainsaw Massacre in the sense that it feels like somebody just brought a camera along to film these guys doing their thing in their element.
If I had any criticisms, it's that they really love their montages. The raindrops one, awesome, but I was falling asleep at the one where it's photographs for like five minutes. I also noticed that this director's really not into establishing shots. Could've done with some location porn, considering how amazing it looks.
But yeah, classic film, enjoyed it quite a bit.
