The Dark Phoenix movies are like the Fantastic Four movies. A Hollywood forced superhero meme that should be top tier capeshit on paper, but that they just can't get to work.

The first Dark Phoenix blunder was somewhat infamous for ending the original X-Men trilogy with a big "meh". This newest one seems to be shite as well, and it came out long after pop culture has stopped caring about this franchise.
