Taking a look at Kikepedia, they've also changed Nigger Island to Indian Island in later editions. I don't think Indian Island would fly in today's faggy PC climate either.

Started watching some 2010 Three Kingdoms tv show made in china. It's actually alright so far. Better than a lot of shitty modern tv dramas. I have a Seven Swords thing to watch too. I saw about 20 minutes of that and was confused if it was trying to be a wuxia film, seven samurai ripoff or lord of the rings.

The Hurricane Heist was meh. Not as meh as Orient Express, but meh nonetheless. The hurricane parts were the best, but the PG-13 rating really hurt it. It's full of bloodless gunfights and soft deaths, and of course no titties. It was long and dragged in places with a thoroughly lame screenplay. Like most movies made today, a few tweaks and it could have been an action classic. Skip, I'd say. If you have to watch it get it from the library or redbox.

By the way, what happened to the John Woo craze? He faded from existence but I remember the late 90s and early 00s being full of Woo wannabes filling movies with slow-mo gunfights that make today's action looked downright amateurish.

They're better than what we get today. It's all random shooting with no sense of geography and cg bullet hits. The guns don't even really fire anymore either. The actors are literally going "pew-pew" and just shaking them.

Best part of Hurricane Heist was when everything came to a crashing halt halfway in so the lead actor could lecture the audience on man-made climate change. Careful, bros, if we re-elect Trump we can expect category 6 & 7 hurricanes literally tomorrow!
