One thing I am curious about is the Dark Tower series, because I read the synopsis of that and it sounds abso-fucking-lutely insane, like the ramblings of a madman.
"we have this quest to get to the tower, and it's in the future, but it's also a western, and reality is collapsing, and there's this villain who appears in my other books, also I'm in this book, and it's all about metaphysics and..."

I think the Dork Tower would only really make sense as an animu adaptation. Especially the Light Novel crowd would eat that shit up.
