Kitana isn't in the movie, like Cage. Maybe they're being held back for the sequel I'm sure will be greenlit any day now.

Modern movies are so boring and overdramatic. That show of Cole walking into the gym and then the camera panning down to show his "birthmark" is shot so generic, like it's on the CW instead of in a movie theater.

Cheesy and a terrible movie, but it looks like a fucking movie meant to be shown in theaters, not some bland over-stylized streaming shit.

I'm sure Kitana will show up in one of the three post-credit scenes that will set up the rest of the MK Kinematik Universe.
The second one will set up Motaro as the next big bad.
The third one will reveal that Cole - who bravely sacrificed himself in the movie finale - is either Scorpion or Cyrax. Maybe both (think about it).

I'm actually surprised by how subdued the trailer is. The action scenes seem to mostly be normal fight scenes with (admittedly sub par quality) cgi flourishes when a character uses a power. I was expecting something more like the Michael Bay TMNT movie with cgi doubles of the characters doing backflips while falling off a building to avoid missile fire in slow motion or something. Something a lot gayer and less kinetic.

TMNT was a dumb popcorn blockbuster for the kids. This is a serious and gritty movie.
