Ever heard of "multi-tasking"?

Re: Movie Thread
Apparently the script for The Joker was leaked. Sounds like shit. Joker is an anti-one percenter, if rumours are true.

If any of you faggots bothered to read the capeshit thead:
Arthur is abused by his elderly mom, is a failed stand-up socialist who hates the rich and Mayor Thomas Wayne. Stalks a girl named Zazzey Beats (not Black Domino) then starts an anti-Trump revolution. He's also Wayne's bastard son, thus Bruce's brother.

Re: Movie Thread
On a whim, I bought a cheap box set of The Omen trilogy, which I knew very little about, and watched the 1976 film tonight. Started kind of slow and for a while, I thought it might've been overrated or just plain dated, but the second half was properly tense and eerie.
My favourite part of the film and something modern films could learn from was that it never made the presence of the supernatural explicitly clear(ignoring the sequels here of course). I was expecting some kind of reveal moment where Damien would turn on his father with demonic powers and shit, but he never does, so it might just as well be that everybody lost their minds. The fact that what really happened is left vague helps the film immensely.
The acting was all-around stellar. Troughton's appereance took me out of the film a little, since I'm so familiar with his work on Doctor Who, but that's hardly his fault. I liked that Warner was set up as a supporting role, but ended up being a useful sidekick to the more melodramatic Peck(God, if they'd gone with Dick van Dyke, it would've been amazing). Warner's a solid rock in just about everything I've ever seen him in.
Of course, about 90% of why the film works as well as it does is Jerry Goldsmith's soundtrack. He is to this film what John Williams is to Star Wars.

They probably could still make movies that never reveal is supernatural shit is actually hitting the fan or not - but then they couldn't distort peoples' faces with cheap CGI.

Reminds me of Insidious. First 2/3 is a decent little old fashioned scary movie, then this gay shit happens:
