Well, if anyone wants to see just how totally gay the "horror fan community" is these days, check out the mayhem that resulted when Joe Bob Briggs posted THIS earlier this evening:

Re: Movie Thread
Knives Out was, in a roundabout way, exactly what I thought it was going to be.
The issue with this motherfucker is that he's too clever. A lot of the same "lol I sUbVerTEd yOur EXpeCtAtiOnS" shit that's prominent in TLJ. One of the characters (Chris Evans) is strongly hinted to be the killer and its revealed in the second act that he's going to help out rapecultureable Cuban lady, but it turns out in the third that he really was the killer and I was getting strong TLJ flashbacks. This sort of shit was the issue with that movie and I suppose there's a trend in the way Reean writes. I remember Looper had moments like that but I didn't notice them there.
Its not an awful movie, he's got a good handle on how to tell the story visually, and the acting's pretty good. He's just so far into the hugbox that no one's going to tell him to knock this shit off so all his movies are written like this.
The most lulzworthy element, Reean writes for the lone characterization of the Ana De Armas character that she's 'nice.' That is all we get about this person.
And see, I think it started out as virtue signalling, there's like, politicsy lines in the movie like Chris Evans says at one point "how's that SJW degree going?" and shit like that, but with the way it evolved (De Armas is a model and 100 percent rapecultureable and Reean is a male feminist good boi) I'm convinced he lowkey wants to fuck her so he gave her a character that's 100 percent wonderful and just wholly good.

Wow, Knives Out, this 96% RottenTomatoes movie, turned out to be shit after all. Imagine my shock, lads.

Re: Movie Thread
Just finished Two Towers (extended). The movie is about normies standing up to SJWs as the West falls. It's also about weed and gay midget love.

Nobody cares about Pixarshit since they got absorbed by The Mouse. People only care about the last *white* Disney princess.Moe Bitches wrote: ↑Thu Nov 28, 2019 1:00 amIt's true. Hell I forgot that and Incredibles 2 were things, along with Inside Out. Though the latter is best forgotten.
Of course that's a fucking trend with this hack, since he thinks that makes him smart or something.CuckTurdginson wrote: ↑Thu Nov 28, 2019 7:28 amThis sort of shit was the issue with that movie and I suppose there's a trend in the way Reean writes.
Autism attracts more autism. Sooner or later, an internet nobody will attract the exact kind of fans - and detractors - he deserves.

Basically. And he can't help himself either. If someone else wrote Reean's movies he might be able to hide his autism but he can't help himself.VoiceOfReasonPast wrote: ↑Thu Nov 28, 2019 4:58 pmOf course that's a fucking trend with this hack, since he thinks that makes him smart or something.CuckTurdginson wrote: ↑Thu Nov 28, 2019 7:28 amThis sort of shit was the issue with that movie and I suppose there's a trend in the way Reean writes.

Some of the best ones.
He didn't write any of them, that was the key.

Watching Goon for the first time ever. Dunno what took me so long to see it, but it seems to understand that the best thing about hockey is the fights. 30 minutes in and the ratio of fighting vs. actually playing the game is like 10:1.
