Re: World Cup Thread
I didn't bother watching the game, instead opting to catch up some lack of sleep. I'm in no position to gloat but I'd be lying if I pretended to not be more than fine with the outcome.
Can we take a moment and talk about how fucking garbage this entire WC was up until now? I've never seen so few goals scored out of regular play. Speaking of which, Kane, your supposed super scorer did not manage to score a single goal against a team that matters in regular play. Nobody cares about league games when shit doesn't work in the national team.

Yeah, the quality of players have been way lower than usual, very few good plays even less scoring those, strikers have been disappointing in general. Just imagine when the World Cup add 16 extra teams, we will have tons of touristic teams like Iceland, Panama, goat fuckers to make the game even more shittier, it’s like FIFA is getting dsp as advisor to get the money from irrelevant countries.
I keked hard to a video in twitter of England trying to score when Croatia was celebrating the end of the game, the absolute state indeed .

If any team had played at actual top levels, this win would've been free like food stamps. With most teams, I didn't even see a game plan like "oh, that's what they are trying to do".

Yes, for the last 5 World Cup you can understand clearly why a team was the champion, in this one it’s like “meh, it was the less bland”.

You know what's really funny to me? I looked on Jewgle, before the match, and it said that England had a 75% chance of winning against Croatia, and I thought to myself 'these are exactly the same people who said Hillary had a 90% chance of winning'. It was almost like a repeat of that night.
Jewgle can't get anything right it seems

At least they'll help you make a fortune with bets.
The only highlight-ish match so far for me has been France vs Belgium, mainly because it actually featured high-speed passes and reversals.Kugelfisch wrote: ↑Wed Jul 11, 2018 9:24 pmCan we take a moment and talk about how fucking garbage this entire WC was up until now? It's still cheap as fuck. Dudes literally slow to a crawl and pivot the other way.Bobito wrote: ↑Wed Jul 11, 2018 9:09 pmThe only feinting you can do in a penalty kick is slow down or stop for a fraction of second not at the moment of shooting, the update of the rule was to end the cheap shots after the goalkeeper picked a side to jump, I think it was mentioned here before.
Thanks for the memes Croatia, england got shaky legs like Belgium against Brazil but this time Croatia got better aim, Kane in the end was a meme player of the level of salenko in the 94 at least for this World Cup. I still think the negros are gonna win this thing, so far they defend the results very well.

Re: World Cup Thread
Third place game was lame as expected, I watched just second half and I didn’t take too much attention, england clearly didn’t press at all and Belgium could have easily won by 3-4 goal difference. At least there is just one more game left, difficult to surpass the memes of semifinals.
