The economy that preferred to produce synthetic oil at 10 times the price it took to buy oil? Why would you translate everything else but leave "fuhrer" and "reich" in German? I've never understood why that happens.

Isn't that completely obvious? Everyone knows what fuhrer and reich means and it would be just confusing using "leader" or "realm" instead.

The Reich is going according to the Fuhrer's keikkaku.
