Just came here to say that Harry Potter is Marxist propaganda.
That is all.

I finished this book a few weeks ago.

I like hard sci fi and it was damn good. Now I'm trying to decide if I should read more books in the series or quit since they tend to just get worse as they go on.
Have you ever gotten back to that series? I'll check this one out soon.

I haven't read any others in the series yet, just Revelation Space.

I have that book somewhere. I like Reynolds a lot. He's fun. The main dudes I read are Peter Watts (hit or miss but blindsight was amazing,) Alistair Reynolds, Robert Reed (eater of bone is great and so is katabasis) and Neal Asher. Neal Asher has a pretty enjoyable little trilogy about cyberpunk crab aliens and immortal t-virus pirates.

I don't know where you can go to read it, but if you get a chance to read Katabasis, that novella is so excellent it convinced me to seek out further stories from Robert Reed. His novellas are, imo, far superior to his full-length novels. They're more focused.
