Let me get of on a short tangent here. It's pertinent to good synth.
When I think back to my childhood, there's something very specific I remember. Me sitting in my parent's bedroom in the late evening on my father's Amiga 500 trying out all those games and demos. The sound chip of the Amiga was absolutely amazing for it's time and still today has a unique sound.
About two years ago I stumbled upon some site that told you what song was number one in your nation in the charts at around the time you were "made".
How do those things fit together? Here's the title of the Amiga game I remember just listening to the music despite not being a demo:
