I watched 2 episodes and it's a Teen Titans Go clone.
The turtles and Orcril behave like the Looney Tunes, and there's nothing to tell them apart.
The only entertaining thing was Splinter, who was written as a fat and lazy sack of shit who treats the turtles like his personal Cucksons.
