Still watching Trigger Medias Kill la Kill. I'm not seeing how it's any more shit than any other anime in existence frankly. Over the top expressions, retarded plot devices over a simple story theme, big finishing moves, loli/pedo bait as far as the eye can see.

I like whenever stuff like this has more "Western" influence or is off-model. I hate when most cartoons now have to be restrained. Not all really need it, but it's rare.

Like the Simpsons is a great example of this. Whenever I take a look at some of the cel animated episodes, it just blows Season 20+ away. Like the parts directed by David Silverman are the best. Hell even the shading was better in some cases. But now it's always on model, and it's really hard to find animation smears or off model moments which makes it unpleasant to watch.

As far as I know the only show now that has this kind of style now is Spongebob.
