They will probably double down on the FemDoctor's premise of ditching weird and interesting alien locations in favor of "time in Earth's past where white supremacy reigned supreme". Expect a lot of trips to cotton farms and colonial outposts.
They might also borrow from Legends of Tomorrow and have the Doctor and some white hoe from his harem pose as a couple - in the USA of the 1950s and similar times and places where Rassenschande was frowned upon. You'd think time travelers would know that, and yet they had to do that to remind the audience of the Dark Times (tm).
They might also borrow another episode of that capeshit show and have the Doctor get confused for a house slave.

Most of the comments I saw said they'll never watch it.
Then there was some deluded Brit that did the usual "Oh, you'll all watch it anyways" thing, but claimed that Doctor Who was one of the Top 5 TV shows in the whole world.
I can tell you, hardly any normie in the US has even heard of the show, let alone cares.
