The only problem with that is that the TV series was so much better and more well liked in comparison.
It's like with Ep I. It was garbage but it was the first proper SW movie in a very long time. TLJ had a better SW main movie just two years before it and an irrelevant but still better SW movie just the year before it.

Eh, I kinda see your point, but the Clone Wars TV show didn't become instantly good either, it was a slow build-up and the movie was just the first step of it(and it's already way way way better than Episodes I or II).

Now that I think about it, both the Force Awakens and the Last Jedi would be way better movies if the other film didn't exist. It's like we got Episode VIII from a parallel universe sequel trilogy or something, where Episode VII was something different.

I actually agree with you about those Episodes. A thing about Clone Wars is that is was massively popular with children. Clone Wars LEGO for example sold fuckloads. Kids loved that shit.

That's hardly surprising. Clone Wars was a pretty swell family show with fleshed out characters wielding colorful laser swords, plus the Star Wars brand, plus Lego always sells. It's a money making machine.

It was the best-selling LEGO stuff ever. The new SW stuff doesn't even remotely approach it. That is besides the old SW stuff they make now. That stuff also sells bu mostly to the fathers. But the kids are all about Clone Wars.

Good to know kids aren't completely cucked. But yeah, CW had some cool stuff, especially those episodes that were just about the Clone Troopers.

SJWs never go outside and talk to people that aren't in their soy latte drinking social groups. At all, no one I knew in real life gushed about that movie at all and pretty much lines up with the scores like Kugel said. It's funny how the SJW insulation extends far beyond just what people think of Trump. It ends up biting them in the ass on every issue. Is there another political group so well-insulated from criticism? Even when the christian conservatives were riding high in politics, they always received a lot of criticism.
