If the sequel trilogy were successful it would be too hard to ignore. But the sequel trilogy was an unmitigated disaster and Wu Flu has fucked them severely economically speaking so I doubt they'll be making Episode X any time soon

For whom? Not even the bugmen want seconds of that slop. Yeah, they will defend Soy Wars' honour online but nobody actually wants that story line to continue. It will take a couple of years for a new main line SW movie and they will triple kickflip shitcan all their characters no problem.
