Original Deus Ex has aged super hard bruh. Way harder than kotor IMO. Fallout 1 and 2 have aged, but they were fortunate to use 2d visuals that didn't get bodied as hard by time. There's still some very old-style shit in Fallout 1, like how it's basically impossible for companions to not die, companions don't have any kind of quest or story, they're nearly useless and not even interesting to look at. Oh and they take forever to use their turns, unlike the elegant real-time with pause system where everyone acts simultaneously. Fallout's gameplay isn't really deeper than KotoR either, since it devolves into a clickfest "shoot it in the eyes" x1000000 with whatever is the strongest weapon, while hoarding literally thousands of caps and ammo.

Main story for Fallout 1 is better than KotoR but gameplay and companions are worse. Which one you think looks better depends on what visuals you like, although I will say KotoR is MUCH less of a pain in the ass to navigate. Companions and npcs can still theoretically box you in, but it happens a lot less than with fallout 1.

Fallout 2 has a fucking horrible tutorial. It can't hold a candle to kotor 1's throwing you into the thick of the action with a redshirt ally npc to make sure you don't drown in the kiddie pool. But I'd say fallout 2 and NWN have aged fairly gracefully aside from that.

I'm not even saying KotoR 1 is a 10/10 game or anything. Just that it's aged very nicely, being approachable while still retaining rpg depth. It and Fagon Age: Borigins are probably the best games Bioware has made since the Boomer's Gate days.
