They should make a Klingon show where every Klingon is a different incarnation of Klingon (TOS, movies / TNG, Jar-Jar, STD), for maximum butthurt.

Some of the TOS Klingons later showed up on DS9 with unexplained new forehead ridges. (I heard an episode of Enterprise explained the change, but I never saw that episode.)

The explanation in that episode was indeed eugenics experiments to make a master race of klingon augments.
