Are people still on that shit? That's some Moviebob tier big brain criticism. They addressed that criticism and pointed out why it's bullshit in an episode of the animated series, way back in the 90's. Most of the villains' origin stories don't have anything to do with Batman. At best they'd be less theatrical without his influence on the setting and just be your standard bank robbers, kidnappers, rapists, and serial killers. The only one who's existence is directly tied to Batman is The Joker, and that's more of a "Batman should just kill him" problem.
A second of thought refutes that bullshit anyway. In the face of adversity, criminals don't just pop up thinking "Hey, there's this mysterious dude making shit real hard for criminals, let's go and make ourselves targets!". There's a reason why mass shootings happen in "gun-free" zones and not in front of the SWAT headquarters. IRL if there was a Batman you'd have less crime but that would make for a very boring comic.

Watched The Room, a timeless classic, Tommy Wiseau deserves an oscar.

Wanna see a really weird and confusing movie? Check out After Last Season, it'll probably make you laugh, hell get drunk while watching it.

That's part of why they just developed these crazy supervillians. Most normal people, even as criminals, would suddenly realize crime is a bad idea. Personally, I'd like to see Batman take on more white collar crimes, but that requires someone with actual writing skill to make interesting. Easier to have him punch muggers and bank robbers.

One thing Batman does that absolutely his fault, is his stubborn ego streak. Most non-powered criminals in the other superhero cities steal, rob, etc. because they think Superman or whoever is out of town or off in space fighting aliens, and they think they can get away with it. If Bruce wasn't so prideful, he could ask for assistance and have Gotham cleaned up quick. But he doesn't, which is why more crooks probably end up trying to make its way in to his city.

Here's links of a pretty accurate story of how Batman would react if he had powers, and why he shouldn't have them. He pretty much becomes obsessed with finding and eradicating all crime (but only at night, so he can still be cool):

...and still: Spoony did nothing.

its pretty dumb all in all..

So crimes never happen at the same time? How is he going to be everywhere at once?
If I would want to rob a bank or something Id pay off some patsies to attempt one on the other side of the city so batman is preoccupied.

A lot of people say this, but Batman quite often deals with white collar criminals. In fact many depictions of Batman take pains to demonstrate that conventional crime has more-or-less died out in Gotham because only insane people would fuck with Batman.
White collar crime poses a more interesting challenge for Superman who, despite being all powerful, is a boy scout and is effectively deputised by Metropolis law enforcement and so therefore is not particularly equipped to handle the creative lawyering that most white collar criminals come up with.

I can see him doing plenty of white collar stuff, seeing how Gotham is usually one of the most corrupt towns in DC.

He has super speed and stuff. Also he's Batman. He'll just super-prepare for every crime in Gotham.

Doesn't he deal with white collar crime by just being Bruce Wayne though?

I saw some Spoony riff of it ages ago. He was forced to take it down at the time and took it about as well as you can expect.

I sadly might watch that spoony riff sometime since I've never seen that. Don't judge, it sounds like phantasmagoria spoony.
