I guess so. Not a bad RCR game and with lotsa characters. The biggest potential deal breaker is probably the enemy scaling: Enemies in previous areas become stronger after hitting certain story points, but your own characters don't actually become stronger when they level up. They mere increase their stat cap, and you have to buy food and shit to get those up. If you play through most of the game with a single character and then want to level up a weaker guy, you might in a world of hurt.

It sounds bad. I hear people complaining that the AI reads your moves and that's the last thing RCR needed.

Fucking garbage. Avoid at all costs! Likely the most annoying brawler I've ever played. I've spent 38 hours on it, playing with both pad and stick.
If you're looking for a brawler, play Streets of Rage Remake. It's free and combines SoR 1-3 and is plain amazing.

You can really hear the influence to his music in this song also.
He also did some amazing SNES stuff also.
