How is Kingdom Come: Deliverance?

I can see both the potential that could make it great but a lot of potential for failure as well. I dont dare to make the jump yet before I know more, anyone here playing it?

Not enough black people.

According to my m8s (one of whom took a day off work to play it so already has like 10 hours on it lel) it is really good if you can get past the bugs. Like a bunch of really bad, bizarre bugs even compared to like Bethesda games on day 1. But the gameplay is really deep and involving by all accounts. As I said in the DSP thread I will play it someday but probably when the inevitable complete/GOTY edition comes out. Hopefully I'll have upgraded my PC by then as well so I can play it as God intended.

25GB? Well, can't say they aren't trying, I guess.

Apparently so. Weird minor graphical glitches, lighting fuckups and sometimes the horse gets stuck running in place for no reason, alongside good old fashioned hard crashes. All apparently mind you, I haven't seen any gameplay of the game outside Youtube yet.

This game will be legendary after 2-3 years of patching/balancing/modding and 10 DLCs. All the big RPGs need that sort of fermentation process. It's unavoidable. Until then, just play something else like Underrail.

Modders are fixing the bugs faster than the devs lol

In a few years we'll get ikea style "assemble this crap yourself" type games if this continues.

Seems its still could be quality after the GOTY edition but im skipping for now. Also still not clear to me how the combat is, some say its deep but at the same time it looks very basic and jerky to me.

But if choices > consequences mechanics are done very well I wont wait for a discount on that same GOTY edition at least.
