Really all they need truly need is to release one sandbox game and release the stories as DLC.

Or, hear me out, or they just continue doing what they currently do. Release one sandbox game over and over again to sell it for full price and cash in on DLC on top of that.

I'm genuinely curious how many games they can pump out that are the same (not very good) game, before the industry has had enough.

I assume they'll still be going strong 10 years from now.

I played games pretty much my entire childhood and it was always a shameful thing until just recently. Like, "aw shit, this nigga over here has chronic pain and IBS so they sit home and play vidya instead of going out to do stuff with friends."

Games were better when they were for turbonerds and autists. I'll have to do a "virgin pleb gamer vs chad neet gamer" comparison. The games that come out today can't even be compared in quality with most of the old SNES, ps1 and gba library. Even fucking psp and ps2 library stomps on the new shit. I've been playing x men legends 2 on my psp and the game still kicks ass.

Xbox 360 really defined the common gamer, the irony is they are complete junk now and no one wants them.
