The best would probably be Eternal Darkness, which has this infamous insanity system that can cause the game to "glitch out".
There's also The Stanley Parable about a self-aware narrator, but I have no idea how good that one actually is.
Or, you know, Psycho Mantis from MGS.

I watches a video that showed all of The Stanley Parable, I thought it really pretentious and not fun (It has fun moments but too little to make it tolerable). I don't know if i just didn't get it

There's nothing to get. It's a novelty game made to mildly amuse you for two or so hours. I thought it was fine for what it wanted to do.
