I dunno. From the video it sounded a bit like he stabbed his brother or something. He clearly did some shit and resolved himself to have forfeit his right to live and to commit suicide by police.
Pretty shit move on the cop. If you want to kill yourself, do it yourself. No need to emotionally abuse train operators or policemen to do your dirty deed for you. That's part of why I don't respect anybody killing themselves. It's never a victimless crime because some poor fucker is going to find and have to deal with you.

Drug and gang problems is most likely only in the big cities here. Burgerland is mistaken though if they think they can solve all their problems with guns.
