I know of the recorded audio for cut stuff (like a human vampire cult or the original ending where Raziel activates the Silenced Cathedral), but I don't think they actually got far enough to make actual assets and/or cutscenes.

That shit is like literally too small to be playable.

I have a Game Boy Micro. It's still pretty amazing. Best buttons and D-Pad of any handheld, super crisp screen and great battery life. But the screen is pretty small. It works for Tetris but Bing Bing Wahoo isn't something you'd want to do on it.
That GG micro screen appears to be half the size. Looks like it's around post stamp in dimensions. Even imagining playing Sanic on it gives me a headache.

Very clever of them to make four versions for no reason. They could've put all games on a single one easily but sooo many suckers will buy all four.

You're not. You're supposed to buy all four and put them on your manchild shelf to never ever touch them.
What batteries does it use? I'm betting on fucking expensive watch batteries.

If they actually finished Sonic Xtreme and made a new Sega Saturn mini or something like that it could be worth it. That is until the Rom gets dumped.

Sega probably can't program their own Saturn emulator.
